As we reach the end of the first term of 2009 we can report on a very successful start to the year. All sections of the Club are thriving with classes full, and demand for places in the competitive groups being very high.
Most of the competitive gymnasts in the Club have been working hard for their grades and compulsory levels, VISIT out Results page to see how they got on.
The first event of the year was the presentation evening in January;

Nicole Watson named Gymnast of the year

and Georgina Hockenhull crowned junior gymnast of the year

Many of our younger gymnasts received their British Gymnastics badges

and awards were presented for effort and achievement to those that had made significant progress throughout the year.
